Job Description
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, language, and motor development
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about child development
- Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and health standards
- Organize play-based learning, storytelling, art, music, and outdoor activities
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff
- Ensure compliance with school policies and early childhood education standards
