Our Recruitment Process

1

Application Review

Every application we receive is carefully reviewed by our academic leadership team.

Beyond qualifications and experience, we look for indicators of a candidate’s passion for education, such as involvement in innovative teaching practices, educational initiatives, or continuous professional development.

We value educators who are committed to learning, evolving, and making a meaningful impact in the classroom.

4

Personal Interaction

Shortlisted candidates participate in a one-on-one interaction with our leadership team.

This conversation helps us understand the candidate’s:

Teaching philosophy
Approach to student development
Passion for education
Alignment with the values and vision of The Auraved School.

Subject Knowledge Assessment

Strong subject expertise is essential to effective teaching.

Candidates may be invited to complete a subject-specific assessment designed to evaluate both their conceptual understanding and their ability to apply knowledge in real-world classroom situations.

In some cases, we may use scenario-based assessments, where candidates respond to practical teaching situations related to their subject area.

2

Reference Check

As part of our final evaluation, we conduct reference checks to gain insights into a candidate’s professional integrity, collaboration skills, and commitment to student success.

5

Final Selection

Our final selection is based on a comprehensive evaluation that includes:

Application review
Subject knowledge assessment
Teaching demonstration
Personal interaction
Reference checks

We look for educators who will contribute positively to the Auraved learning environment and community.

Successful candidates join a team dedicated to nurturing young minds, encouraging curiosity, and shaping responsible future citizens.

6

Teaching Demonstration & Classroom Interaction

To understand a candidate’s teaching approach, we invite shortlisted applicants to conduct a teaching demonstration.

This allows us to observe how candidates:

* Communicate concepts clearly
Engage and interact with students
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom
environment
* Encourage curiosity, participation, and critical thinking

Depending on the subject, the demonstration may include activities such as:

Science
Conducting a simple experiment or interactive demonstration that encourages inquiry and exploration.

Language & Humanities
Leading a storytelling session, discussion, or creative writing activity that inspires expression and critical thinking.
